COLLIDE EXHIBITION BRANDING

I joined the collide exhibition branding team  and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience of being able to help voice my own opinion about our exhibition. The original colour scheme for the event wasn't taken too lightly, as there was a lot of criticism over the choice of colour.
The colour we had chosen was a bright yellow, and not many people were a fan of it, so it was back to the drawings board to think of some more, nice colours that everyone would like.

I decided to go online and I found some really nice and interesting colour choices, on our own group Facebook chat we all took turns showing different colours and explaining why we liked them and so on.

I particularly liked really pastel colours, like baby pinks, yellows, oranges etc. Whereas everyone else preferred dark colours, I think at the time we needed a bright/ish colour to represent us as creative, bright designers. Not something dark and quite dreary.

Below are my colour choices:

These were also another collection of colours that were chosen as a group on the chat, however after much deliberation we all thought that it reminded us of VAPOUR RUB and again had to throw the idea away.
